Self Defence for Women
CTS self defence course is designed to teach self defence skills to women, so that they will be empowered to protect themselves. This class is for all women of 18 years of age and above. No previous martial arts or self defence skills necessary to attend. Remember, it is never to late too learn self defence and protect yourself.
