Self Defence for Men
CTS self defence course is designed to teach self defence skills to men, so that they will not only protect themselves but others too. No previous martial arts or self defence skills necessary to attend. For men of all ages and any level of fitness. It covers risk-situations most likely to be faced by males.

We don’t teach katas or forms those are spectacular to watch but offer no value in a real life self defence. We are not going to make you a ring champion. We will train you to defend and survive in a real-life threatening situation through easy, simple, effective and realistic self defence training.
