This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all in-person workshops, corporate training programs, online sessions, and digital resources offered through safe-t-guru.com.
1. General Policy Overview
Because our services involve dedicated instructor time, customised preparation, scheduling, venue coordination, and safety resource allocation, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.
Our aim is to remain fair to both participants and trainers while ensuring smooth program operations.
2. Refund Policy for In-Person Workshops & Training
A. Cancellation by the Customer
More than 30 days before the session:
- No deduction.
- No refund will be issued.
- The full amount will be adjusted toward the next available session.
15 days before the session:
- 25% deduction.
- No refund will be issued.
- You may reschedule once at no extra cost (subject to slot availability).
Less than 7 days before the session:
- 50% deduction.
- No refund will be issued.
- You may reschedule once at no extra cost (subject to availability).
B. No-Show Policy
If a participant does not attend the scheduled session without prior intimation, no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling is also not permitted in no-show cases.
C. Late Arrival
If a participant arrives late and it affects session flow or timing, no partial refund or session extension will be granted.
3. Refund Policy for Online Classes & Digital Products
A. Live Online Classes
- Refunds must be requested minimum 48 hours before the scheduled class.
- Within 48 hours, refunds are not available, but one-time rescheduling may be offered.
B. Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Video Courses)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, as access is provided immediately upon purchase.
4. Corporate Workshops, Institutional Programs & Bulk Bookings
Corporate and institutional programs involve advance planning, travel, instructor allocation, and resource management. Therefore:
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- 14–30 days before the training:
50% of the advance will be refunded. - Less than 14 days before the training:
No refund of the advance will be issued. - Rescheduling:
Permitted once at no additional cost if requested at least 10 days in advance. - Travel, accommodation, and venue costs (if booked) will be charged at actuals.
5. Session Cancellation by Safe-T-Guru
If Safe-T-Guru must cancel or reschedule a session due to:
- Instructor illness
- Safety concerns
- Venue unavailability
- Operational or unforeseen circumstances
You will be offered the choice of:
- 100% refund, or
- Free rescheduling to another date, or
- Full training credit (valid for 12 months)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 business days for online payments
- 7–10 business days for bank transfers
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment, wherever possible.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- No-show cases
- Partial attendance
- Late arrival affecting session flow
- Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours)
- Completed sessions
- Digital downloads / online courses
- Discounted or promotional packages
- Gift vouchers
