Empowering Girls to Become Trainers & Leaders
An 10-day residential Self Defence Instructor Certification Course, organized by Sightsavers, trained 17 visually-impaired girls who had previously learned under Arvind Khaire.
Many went on to win National and International Gold Medals in Blind Judo and now teach self defence in their own communities — promoting safety, equality, and empowerment across India.

Officers Trained
Arvind Khaire was invited by Sightsavers (Bhopal) to train 25 officers from the Department of Crime Against Women, Madhya Pradesh Police in self defence techniques designed for visually-impaired girls. The program boosted police capacity and strengthened safety education for the visually-challenged community.
