Since its inception, this initiative has helped hundreds of individuals overcome emotional and psychological challenges, transforming self-defence into a tool for self-awareness, confidence, and psychological healing.

While traditional self-defence protects against external harm, Arvind Khaire’s model empowers individuals to confront internal battles—fear, anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt.

Each session integrates tactile drills, breathing practices, mindfulness, and psychotherapeutic support, encouraging participants to:
